After years as a freelance writer and journalist, Jenna combined her love of natural health with writing skills to found Adjust Your Media. Serving chiropractors exclusively, she helps clients increase their impact through content creation and storytelling.
Whether she’s coaching clients to DIY or managing their blogs and social media accounts, Jenna is dedicated to sharing health from the inside out. Jenna lives a slightly chaotic fairytale with her French firefighter husband and their 4 kids.
