In episode #123 of Productivity Mastery, we present to you Ellie Gosheva - an energetic and inspiring individual with whom we talked about Measuring the Unmeasurable: Leadership Due Diligence. Ellie shared a lot with us, including:
💡 What is Leadership Diligence and why is it so important,
💡 What makes a great leader,
💡 How not to allow your mind to be lazy,
💡 How to perform in times of crisis and much more!
Elitsa Gosheva is a Managing Partner of Dynamis Group, a high-value Talent Consultancy, supporting some of the most caring leaders in their professional trajectories and helping them make a positive impact in their communities. Her work in Dynamis focuses on developing and delivering a range of bespoke solutions, including Executive Search, Leadership Due Diligence and Onboarding, in order to help organisations address strategic leadership decisions globally.
Ellie has always had a natural affinity to understand the global and intercultural dynamics through a local lens. By the age of 26, she had already lived, worked and studied in 4 countries, and had developed a natural curiosity to understand what motivates people both within the context of the corporate world and the larger social structures. After spending time focusing on politics in Washington, D.C. Ellie made the transition to the world of Corporate Consultancy where eventually she saw an opportunity to help establish a company that is built on the concept of care for its teams and partners alike.
