Not a pleasant day in the journal as I decided to tear myself off a strip, I really wasn't happy with myself and I thought I would share this with you, my friend.
It was all about not doing the 'stuff' I have learned and wondered what was all this self-improvement, self-development, and stretching to being a better me. And what did I learn from this rant, well that's what I want to share and hope you get what I got and to encourage you through down times, you know those times when we plateau.
We are in this together and there is no getting off this adventure knowing that there are sometimes when we struggle and it's ok to give yourself a break, to take a breath, and then renew our walk on the path that's been prepared for us but we just didn't realize it
So don't be so hard on yourself that you give up on achieving your dreams and goals - you will regret it if you do and I won't let that happen if I can help it, help you.
