Show up “imperfectly”

The pressure to maintain an image or persona can be paralyzing. Wether it’s fueled by the need for validation or recognition, perfectionism leaves you lost and out of touch with your authentic self. When you let go of the illusion that is perfection, you step into your truth. To show up “imperfectly” means to live without fear of judgement.
