Over the years, my definition of what self-acceptance means has evolved. Self-acceptance is multifaceted including validation, affirmation, and setting boundaries. I dive into the beauty and the challenges inherent in the journey towards fully accepting oneself. I offered some valuable insights, tools and guidance, promoting personal growth, self-compassion, and the cultivation of a positive self-image.
