Yet, your life is filled with stories too. 

It's time to reflect on the stories you've created, told yourself, and maintain in the past year. How are they helping you? How are they hurting you? This podcast is about stories, which is a reflection of life. Life is stories. We've all got them. We've also all got a blank page staring at us tomorrow and our life can be anything we want it to be. What will you become?
