My guest this week is Ed Frauenheim, and he is all about reinventing masculinity, organizations and society and connecting the dots among the three for a more soulful world. He is an author, speaker and consultant who spent six years as director of content at Great Place to Work, the research firm that produces the annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
We had a very interesting and practical discussion about how the past 40-50 years of workplace roles and structures have negatively affected all genders and productivity. If you’re over 50 you’ll recognize a lot of these issues and results. If you’re under 50 you’ll see a lot of these issues and results in your parents and/or your bosses. Reinventing masculinity will not only help men to change it will make life easier and better for all genders in all businesses.
Ed has co-authored four books, including “Reinventing Masculinity: The Liberating Power of Compassion and Connection” which can be found on Amazon (https://amzn.to/40Kc5N7) and other bookstores.
