For the first interview of the episode, Eileen Kiernan, Global CEO of UM Worldwide, chatted with Norman de Greve, CMO of CVS Health, about how CVS is responding to the global health crisis in the eye of the storm. Together they talked about accelerated trends in retail and healthcare, prompt and necessary pivots in brand messaging and media strategies, and everything CVS is doing to protect its employees and customers.
