As the price of oil has spiked to approximately $100 a barrel, President Donald Trump is pressuring other countries to help reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a key shipping route. But as NBC News Foreign Correspondent Raf Sanchez reports, key allies aren’t exactly jumping into the fray.
