Why aren't they loyal?
Who are they?
They even reach to you and say they are interested but they never follow through or worse they don't even pick up the phone after they asked you to call them?
Who are they?
They threaten you with ... "I'll just get another agent!"
Why even make the threat... they are already working with a bunch of other agents anyway.
Who are they?
You've invested hours of time, gas, snacks, lunch, coffee, planning how you're going to spend your commission check and then you ask them to call you if they go to an open house, a builder, see house with a sign in front, see an ad on the internet... yet... they call someone else who NEVER invested a dime of time or money and they make an offer with that agent!
[Now, of course, they call you and apologize and say...'we just got so excited, we weren't thinking, but I did tell the agent we were working with you and they said they would take of you...'] Are you still waiting for that check? It ain't comin'!
Who are they? And who do they think they are? Well.. for some they are a nightmare ... and for others, they're a dream...These are the Buyers of all of those listed properties you should have!
