In this new year's edition of The Scottish Football Citizen we take a trip back to Ne'erday 1973. Andy Kerr takes a trip to Tynecastle for the traditional new year derby match as Bobby Seith's Hearts take on Eddie Turnbull's swashbuckling Hibs. Robert Harvey then takes us over to Glasgow for another derby on the same day as he made his first-team debut for Clyde at Hampden against Queen's Park in the second division.
We at the Scottish Football Citizen hope you had a very Merry Christmas and we wish you a happy new year when it comes, and we hope that keep enjoying our output into the new year and beyond!
