With the passage of name, image and likeness (NIL) legislation in numerous states, other states are racing to pass legislation in order to not lose out on the recruiting and retention of student-athletes. This week, Ohio proposed legislation regarding NIL. In this episode, Luke explores some of the unique aspects of Ohio’s legislation relative to other states and discusses what is happening in state legislatures across the country and at the federal level.
