Dr. Carneiro has extensive experience working with elite athletes. She worked for Chelsea FC from 2009 to 2015 where she was the first female doctor to sit pitch-side in Champions League, Premier League, and Europa League competitions and the only woman to become Assistant Medical Director in a football club internationally.
