For me being alone isn’t the same as FEELING alone. You can be surrounded by hundreds of people, but not have anyone you can identify with. It’s like being a superhero with the power of invisibility, except you can never turn it off. Our minds can have these on-going thoughts that we’re afraid of sharing so we can end up being consumed by them. This happened to me a lot growing up and still does everyone once in a while, so let’s talk about that on the show.
