In this week's episode he shares his journey from how he landed his first job in digital infrastructure to how he became a household name in the sector, having launched several disruptive projects that remain crucial to how data centres function today.
Hannaford also goes over the skills needed to enter this sector and how things are shifting in terms of requirements and diversity.
