Nate Kidwell, 44 years old, just started working out 2 weeks ago and today he shares his fitness journey on the podcast. Once upon a time in his twenties he was in great shape running 6 and a half minute miles but then through a series of events he ended up getting out of shape and weighing 285 pounds.
