Rose Kemp, 50, has shifted her mindset and taken control of her nutrition as a Platinum Challenger. After recently completing our 12 week challenge with Coach Helen, Rose is ready to jump right into the next, with a positive outlook and improved strength.
A transplant from Burnie, Tasmania, Rose and her family maintains a potato and cattle farm, runs 2 businesses and trains in competitive dressage— all while making the Platinum challenge work best for her.
