On episode #92 of the Hockey Strength Podcast, Vicki Bendus joins the show.
Vicki is a Lead Sport Performance Coach at Brock University where she works with the Men's and Women's hockey teams, as well as soccer teams. In addition, she is the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach with the Canadian National Women's Development Team after working with both U18 and Senior programs over the past 3 years. Vicki is currently pursuing her PhD that will be focused on identifying, measuring, and improving off-ice KPIs for linear skating speed.
In this episode, we talk about her PhD research on what off-ice drills and data correlate to on-ice speed.
