And often, I would invite them to check out my team community to help encourage them and model some methods I use to help create a team culture that our whole lineage was proud to be a part of.
Once inside, they would share how they WISHED they could get their team to be alive and engaged like mine, but many of them were unwilling to put the work in to flip the switch and get on the road to a team culture that truly felt and acted like a sisterhood.
