Living with depression has been one of the biggest obstacles of my life. Even though I've learned to overcome the situations it comes with, you never forget your worst days and events. The days where even your favorite food or gift wouldn’t cause you to crack a smile. Sadly, many people think depression is just another way of saying you're feeling sad. This misconception can lead to a person not getting the help they need. That’s why I'm going to be talking about with this… thing that I've lived with for decades.
