As we are engaging with the ideologies of decolonization and decoloniality, one major challenge  is the metaphorization of these ideologies. In other words, like postcoloniality, decolonization and decoloniality is becoming more of a theoretical construct rather praxis, and is gradually hijacked by Colonial/Western and Colonialized/Westernized patterns of thinking and doing. Why?
