Ep #44 - In this week's episode we will discuss creating a new routine during the corona-crisis and answer some listener's questions pertaining to graduations being cancelled, not having your social circle near, and how online learning isn't at all like the classroom.
This is temporary, you do not have to let your emotions run buck-wild. You can control them by focusing on what you can do now, today, to make your life better. You also don't have to let other's reactions and emotions around this pandemic become your own. You are more than allowed to respond in accordance to how you feel and what is congruent to how you decide to deal with this crisis.
Remember - thoughts cause feelings. You are in control of your thoughts and the feelings that are caused by them.
