The 2024 Ironman Men's World Championships just took place over the weekend. It was an awesome race! It was very exciting to see another worlds take place in Kona and see the course record get even faster. Many of the same lessons we have learned from years on the island were relearned. We deep dive into what lessons still ring true and what take aways can be learned by everyone racing an ironman in Kona or around the world.
