In this episode 56, I share my tips for success when beginning my workout routine and how to get started in a workout routine. When beginning a fitness routine or working out it can be intimidating. When you are overweight, plus size, and working out for the first time it can be even more intimidating. It can be hard to know what to do when it comes to finding fitness motivation, fitness inspiration, and figuring out how to start a fitness routine. For me, when I was extremely overweight I did not know what to do for exercise. I began where I could with what I could do. I began walking every day for 5 minutes. This might seem like an easy Beginners workout routine or a simple workout program, but my 5 minutes walk every day meant everything to me. These walks helped to learn how to move my body, how to gain confidence in myself and it just got me moving. Walking is such a great workout and for me, these 5-minute walks were the best thing I could do.
