Christopher Cozic joined Genmab as Global Vice President of Human Resources in November 2017. He is a global human resources executive with expertise in strategic leadership, organization design, human resource management, strategy development, change management, organizational development, and a heavy concentration in all aspects of corporate growth and expansion.
Prior to joining Genmab, Cozic was Vice President of Human Resources at Ipsen. Previously, he spent 9+ years at Eisai, where he served as Director, Global Human Resources, after joining the company as an Associate Director in 2006. During his career, Cozic was also Business Development Manager for Aerotek and Vice President, Human Resources, for NorVergence. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Quinnipiac University and holds PHR, SPHR, and GPHR certifications
