Our world is changing every day and Alissa's energy and commitment to physical and overall wellness is a welcome addition to the online landscape.
HUGE takeaway from this episode was how important it is to set your intention every day. No matter what your day looks like now, and how different your schedule is, challenging yourself to decide how you want to show up every day, for yourself and those around you, is so important.
Another crucial part of setting your intention is knowing what energy/people/thoughts you give permission to enter into your day...whether that's on social media, out in the community or on the news. No time like the present to reset and align with what matters most (your values)!
