Welcome to episode 97 of The You4ia Health Podcast with Shannah Kennedy.
This week on the show Shannah and I dissect the past 18 months, in particular what life is like for us Melbournians enduring almost a full year of lockdown. We chat at length about the things she is seeing with her patients with the compounding fatigue we have all been experiencing, and we chat at length about how to navigate around our new covid normal life.
Shannah also takes us through ways we can start to celebreate small wins along the way. This alone allows us to seek fulfilment through the most minuscule of tasks and give us a sense of accomplishment. This alone fills our cup and keeps the fire burning towards our big audacious goals.
