Asli Derya is an experienced L&D lead with an extensive knowledge of learning design and digital learning. Asli has been working in L&D in the past 8 years with in-house L&D teams in a number of industries and roles, before landing on the digital learning space. Asli is currently the Learning Design Director at Imperial College Business School.

Gemma is a learning designer for The Opportunity Group. She has 10 years of experience in L&D and is self taught in the area of Digital learning. Gemma has experience in both facilitating training courses, designing training materials and working with digital learning tools. Gemma has worked mainly in regulated environments dealing with compliance training but has now moved into the world of Apprenticeships and looking at ways we can help people achieve lifelong learning.
