If you’ve been in business for a while, it’s safe to say you’ve likely heard the phrase “Coaches Need Coaches”. And while I believe in the power of coaching and in having a mentor, what I don’t believe is the buy into this phrase, or that people constantly need coaches for every season of life or business.
This episode is likely to ruffle some feathers, but it’s something I know NEEDS to be shared, and that it’s time someone called out the fact that there are times when you DON’T need a coach, and this episode shares three of them with you.
