She started her first personal training business at age 21, opened a gym in Seattle by the age of 23, and now puts her heart and soul into mentoring her AdvoCare team across the nation. She is also the creator and host of the HustleSmarter Podcast, author of “Time Millionaire,” a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest, and her best roles of all: wife to sweet Jamesy and mother to Sofia Grace.
