Dr. Rupert Rodd is from Jones Town in Kingston, Jamaica and is now Associate Dean of the School of Business at Florida Atlantic University. Despite being told that he wasn't "black" enough because he wasn't born in America, Rupert has risen to the top of academia and constantly gives back to Jamaican students.
