Tech reflects back to you, who you are....If you are an individual who loves solving problems, you'll equip yourself with tech so you solve bigger and better problems. But if you have a consumer's mindset, more tech/tools/ AI will turn you into a crazier consumer.Similarly, if your organization has redundant procedures & operations, tech will expose them too. The dangers of betting on yourself is pain. But the benefits are pain tolerance and self actualization with the possibility of reverence. Don’t choose the weak way.

Your negative self talk is generally useless

You know the negative self talk/ doubt is useless. Since you know this, every time it comes to you. Tell yourself exactly that and call it useless. Now you know it’s useless, remove it and go do what you wanted to do before this doubt/ negative thought came to you.
