Episode 66: Listening To Your Gut
My guest today is Alice Ng’ang’a. She planned to climb Batian, the highest peak of Mt Kenya, but when she reached Nelion, the second highest peak, her intuition told her to stop even though Batian was just 200m away and it would have taken her 90 minutes to get there. Her story reinforces the old saying “trust your gut”. You might wonder whether you should put so much trust in a feeling, an instinct you can't explain. Listen on to Alice’s adventure as she shares lessons on being present and how in our hurry we may miss the beauty around us …. https://linktr.ee/Noheadpodcast
