Jess recently posted on an Instagram story (@jessupchurch) that since coming out she has experienced pain and rejection from people of faith and that there was some pain that she needed to separate Jesus from. Jess has been on my list of people I wanted to interview because of her story and experiences with international mission work, faith and coming out - and she did not disappoint as an awesome guest.
