Jeremy Hassell is the CEO & Co-Founder of City Cave.
City Cave Float & Wellness Centre aims to build healthier communities through services such as Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Massage Services to assist in your health journey by providing natural mental health remedies and supporting physical recovery.
City Cave was founded in 2016 by Queensland entrepreneurs Tim Butters, who owned a tiling company, and Jeremy Hassell, a former builder, after they met on a construction site in 2014 on the Gold Coast.
City Cave has grown more than 300% since the start of 2021, taking its global footprint to 70 locations across Australia and New Zealand.
We spoke about Jeremy's life as a tradie prior to founding City Cave, how a Float Tank session changed the trajectory of his life, the science behind saunas and massages, his interesting trip to China, what incentives him today, the company's expansion in America, how serious of an issue stress is in this modern era and much more.
Tune into a story about the entrepreneurial spirit and how you can balance your financial aspirations while making a positive impact on others.
