Some of us live in the past, some live in the present, and some live in the future. Or, we should say we think in the past, present, or future. In this episode, we discuss how our thinking, as it relates to time, can really hold us back from living a fulfilling life. Instead, we should flip the narrative and discover what we should learn about these time periods to best serve ourselves and the ways in which we live our lives.
