In this special episode of Nothing Concrete, we're inviting you to explore Soundhouse, a place for experimental podcasts and radio from around the world, created by Eleanor McDowall and Nina Garthwaite.
Soundhouse originated from thinking about how presenting radio and podcasts in different ways (such as inside the Barbican) might change how you listen. With this year's Soundhouse online rather than in the Barbican, this year's theme became 'Intimacy and Distance'.
In this episode, we hear from the three curators behind the Soundhouse listening rooms - Ariana Martinez, Axel Kacoutié and Arlie Adlington - as they interview each other about the work they chose, alongside clips from Soundhouse.
