Xavier Gutierrez is the first and only Latino CEO of the NHL's only minority-owned team, the Arizona Coyotes. The team faces challenges on the ice and off, but Gutierrez has some unique solutions. Gutierrez speaks to hosts Michael Barr, Scarlet Fu and Damian Sassower about that arrangement, how he's growing the team's fan base and connecting with younger people, and why Gutierrez sees sports as America's comfort food.
