The people of Kosova went to the polls on Sunday

The people of Kosova went to the polls on Sunday as the country held municipal elections. Though the war Serbia waged on Kosova was ended over 25 years ago by decisive NATO involvement, tensions remain between the majority ethnic Albanians and minority ethnic Serbs.
