EPA Visit, Safe Parking Program Additions, New Official San Diego Flower

The head of the EPA tour a took of the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant, and is now calling for rapid changes along the border to put a stop to the ongoing sewage crisis. The City Council has signed off a new 190 space Safe Parking Program site at H Barracks near San Diego International Airport. The San Diego City Council unanimously voted to adopt the native Western Blue-Eyed Grass as the city's official flower.
