John “Fritz” Johnson was living on top of the world. He was a successful radio personality, television sports director, was married to a beautiful model, and was a champion archer. He was one of the best known and most liked personalities in Omaha, NE. While promoting some archery gear he was approached by someone claiming to be his niece and his 2 brothers, but had no memory of them at all. Today, we’ll discuss the life of Lawrence Joseph Bader and some theories on what might have caused him to lose his memories, the fallout that resulted when Bader came back from the dead 7 years after his assumed death, and whether he suffered from amnesia or was running an elaborate hoax.
