What would you create,

If you were given a blank canvas to paint?

What would you write,

If you were given a blank notebook?

What would you dream,

If you were given a safe space?

PAUSE…

Anything you could possibly imagine.

Anything that tickled your mind,

Or whispered in your ear,

Or settled on your heart.

PAUSE…

This space is yours,

For you to dream.

For you to create.

Without judgments, 

Without boundaries,

Without rules. 

Just you,

And the vast ocean of possibilities,

Whose waves have been lapping your shores. 

So let yourself settle into comfort.

Soften your face.

Lower your shoulders.

Open your chest,

And relax your stomach.

PAUSE…

Release any tension you may be feeling,

Letting it all flow out of you with each exhale. 

PAUSE…

Now come here,

Deep into this moment.

Calm,

And ready to dream.

Feel the gentle sensations inside.

Perhaps a little bit of fear,

Not knowing where to start.

Or maybe rumbles of excitement,

Ready to play.

Just observe what’s here,

And embrace it all.

Let yourself be here,

Deep in the safety of this space,
