After receiving an email from my coach, Tina Tower, asking for feedback on her coaching program, I found myself reflecting deeply on my own journey — not just as a business owner but as a person who’s had to work hard to truly value myself. I share my experiences of overcoming limiting beliefs, the struggles I’ve faced in 11 years of running Rainbow Bridge Family Day Care, and how I’ve had to fight to believe in my worth.
