Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. I would like first of all wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, yes even if you are not listening to this around that time.
This episode will be a bit different than the regular interviews that I do where I draw out lessons about life and this world from inspiring and wisdom filled people such as an award-winning author, a monk who lived 37 years in a monastery, an ex SAS soldier...
In this episode, I will share some of the wisdom that I have learned in my life, and that has made a huge difference to me, and will also hopefully be something you can benefit from as well.
The following two things that I want to share with you all, both impacted my happiness (in a good way of course) and I hope it will do the same for you.
They are both easy and accessible for anyone to do - all that really matters is that you actually give them a try. Information like this is totally useless if you don’t put it into practice.
