Ginger is from the United States and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes over 25 years ago, at the age of 13.

Within the last 25 years, Ginger has dedicated years of personal and professional research into Diabetes, and has become a go to figure for Diabetes insight, information, and advice.

She has a Youtube channel dedicated to Diabetes, with over 13 thousand subscribers, she shares valuable content with her 10 thousand followers on Instagram daily, has written endless articles on the condition, and written over 10 books on Diabetes management, ranging from exercising and emotional eating, to burnout and pregnancy.
