Rance, 31, was born and raised in Oklahoma. He's a husband, father, 6-year carnivore, and certified health coach. Through adopting the carnivore diet, Rance has overcome depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, vertigo/fear of heights, irritable bowel disease, dry/cracking/bleeding skin, chronic fatigue, interrupted/low quality sleep, brain fog, chronic joint pain, fragile wrists/knees/neck, shortness of breath, short-term memory loss, body odor that smelled like dying tissue, frequent numbness in arms/legs (even during activity), loss of feeling in fingers/toes, and constant illnesses like colds and fevers, while also achieving a 90-pound weight loss.
