Jacobs from Northern Illinois University is with us today to discuss her article ‘Self‑Efficacy Experiences of Graduate Students Working in a Sport‑based Leadership Program at a Youth Prison’ published with Zachary Wahl‑Alexander. The article examined graduate students’ self-efficacy beliefs in leadership and life skill sports program within a juvenile detention center.
