He played Gaelic football to an elite level, has competed in CrossFit and placed in the Top 10 at the world fitness modelling championships.
He’s now made the shift to ultra endurance events and has recently completed the Marathon Des Sables and a non-stop 230km ultra through the Arctic. Brian is in a unique position to share his learnings from his breadth of experience to develop endurance performance.
