Only 7% of girls in Ireland between the ages of 14 & 15 years of age are reaching their physical activity requirements as set by the WHO … and it drops to less than 5 % as girls reach  16-20 years.

These stats both confuse and anger me in equal measure. WHY do we allow this to happen?
