In this special episode I’m farewelling one of my best friends, my Nana, Alma Rose and celebrating all the amazing crones in my life. Goddess Dhumavati had a lot in common with Alma (not just the wrinkles and ‘withered breasts’). She reminds us to discern the fleeting from the permanent and not sweat the small stuff.
